Don’t be embarrassed this happens to every smoker at least once, I usually have it happen to me when I milk the shit out of my bubbler and then rip it. Just take slower hits maybe a little smaller fits too. The other thing is how long you hold it in, longer you hold a big hit in the more your gonna cough, more high you’re going to get which makes you cough more leaving your throat super soar. I learned that if I smoke a bong or bubbler I have to have a drink on me. Don’t worry about being embarrassed on how you smoke or what not, weed is a great thing, enjoy it! :)
